Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all packages, each vehicle is assessed according to its current condition, intended use and the owner’s expectations. This allows the preparation, correction and protection process to be matched to the vehicle.
Our approach is built around careful preparation, transparent recommendations and realistic results. That means telling you when a lesser service will achieve what you want, and telling you when a defect cannot safely be removed.
It also means being specific about coastal conditions. Vehicles on the Coffs Coast face sun, salt and humidity that vehicles inland do not, and the right preparation and protection follows from that reality.
Some things we would rather be clear about
- We will not describe a ceramic coating as scratch-proof, because no coating is.
- We will not quote a correction accurately without inspecting the vehicle first.
- We will not recommend a higher service than the paint condition warrants.
- We will not present other people's work, stock imagery or borrowed photos as our own.
