Services & Pricing

Detailing and paint protection, priced honestly

Every service below lists what is included and where pricing starts. Anything that genuinely depends on the vehicle is quoted after an inspection rather than guessed at.
Core Services

Six services, matched to vehicle condition

Not sure which applies to your vehicle? Submit an enquiry and we will recommend the appropriate service after seeing the paint.

All prices are starting prices and may vary according to vehicle size, condition and service requirements. A final quotation will be provided after reviewing the vehicle or receiving suitable photographs.

Starting price

Includes

  • Full exterior preparation

  • Machine paint enhancement
  • Inspection-light assessment

From $899

Starting price

Includes

  • Vehicle and paint inspection
  • Test section
  • Suitable correction stages

Professionally prepared ceramic protection, quoted once the paint has been assessed and the preparation level agreed.

Quoted after inspection

Inspection required

Includes

  • Safe wash and decontamination
  • Required paint preparation
  • Machine enhancement or correction where selected
  • Panel preparation
  • Suitable ceramic protection
  • Aftercare instructions

Pricing depends on the preparation required before coating. Coating is applied over the finish you approve — preparation is what determines the result.

New-Vehicle Protection

Inspect, refine and protect a new vehicle before everyday exposure begins to affect its finish.

From $999

Starting price

Includes

  • Vehicle inspection
  • Safe wash and decontamination
  • Assessment of dealership-installed defects
  • Machine enhancement where required
  • Suitable paint protection
  • Aftercare guidance

New does not always mean flawless. Transport film residue, wash marks and water spotting are common on delivery.

Additional Services

These can be added to any core service, or booked on their own where suitable.

    From $120

Hydrophobic treatment for the windscreen and side glass to improve wet-weather visibility.

Protective treatment for fabric, leather or a combination of interior surfaces.

  • Wheel-face protection

    From $180

Coating applied to the visible face of each wheel to ease brake-dust cleaning.

  • Wheel-off protection

    From $350

Wheels removed for full front and barrel coverage, plus arch and caliper cleaning.

  • Engine-bay detail

    From $100

Careful cleaning and dressing of engine-bay surfaces with sensitive components protected.

  • Pet-hair removal

    Quoted after assessment

Embedded pet hair varies enormously by vehicle, so this is always quoted after assessment.

  • Excessive contamination

    Quoted after assessment

Heavy overspray, tar, tree sap or neglected paint requiring extra decontamination time.

All prices are starting prices and may vary according to vehicle size, condition and service requirements. A final quotation will be provided after reviewing the vehicle or receiving suitable photographs.

Questions

Straight answers, before you book

The questions we are asked most often, answered without overstating what detailing and protection can do.
What is the difference between paint enhancement and paint correction?

Enhancement is a single-stage machine polish aimed at improving gloss and clarity while reducing lighter marks. Correction is a multi-stage process that targets deeper swirls, oxidation and haze, using the stages your paint can safely take. Enhancement is faster and less expensive; correction goes further and takes longer.

Will paint correction remove every scratch?

No. Correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat, so defects deeper than the clear coat cannot be polished out safely. During the inspection we complete a test section and tell you what is realistically achievable on your paint before any work is booked.

Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?

No, and no honest detailer will tell you otherwise. Ceramic protection improves gloss, chemical resistance and ease of maintenance. It does not prevent stone chips, deep scratches or all physical damage. If impact protection is your priority, paint protection film is the more suitable option.

Does a new car need paint correction?

Sometimes. New vehicles frequently arrive with transport contamination, adhesive residue, water spotting and wash marks from dealership preparation. We inspect the paint under proper lighting and only recommend machine work where it will make a visible difference.

How long will my vehicle be required?

It depends on the service and the vehicle's condition. Maintenance and detailing work is generally same-day, while correction and ceramic protection can require the vehicle for several days because of the preparation involved. You are given a specific timeframe with your written quotation before anything is booked.

How should I wash a protected vehicle?

Use a pH-neutral shampoo, the two-bucket method with grit guards, clean microfibre wash media and a separate wash mitt for wheels. Dry with a clean, plush microfibre towel or filtered blower. Avoid automatic brush washes, and rinse off bird droppings and sap promptly rather than letting them sit.

Can you coat a vehicle outdoors?

No. Ceramic protection requires a controlled, sheltered environment with suitable lighting, stable temperature and no airborne contamination. Coating a vehicle outdoors risks dust inclusion and uneven curing, so all coating work is completed under cover.

Do I need an inspection before booking?

For correction and ceramic protection, yes. Paint condition varies enormously between vehicles and an inspection is what lets us quote accurately instead of guessing. For maintenance and Signature Details, clear photographs are usually sufficient.
